A program is required to read a series (At least 10) of sales records that contain
Sales-Staff_ID, Sales_Staff_Name, Item_Sold, Sale_Amount. The last record in the
file has a Sales_Staff_ID of zero. The program is to produce a sales report, by
printing only those records that have a Sale_Amount of more than 200 dollars. A
heading is to be printed at the top of the Sales Report with a grand total to be printed
at the end.
