The domestic policy of the Ronald Reagan administration was the domestic policy in the United States from 1981 to 1989 under president Ronald Reagan. His policies stressed conservative economic values, starting with the presidents implementation of supply-side economic policies, dubbed Reaganomics by both supporters and for detractors. His policies include the largest tax cut in America history as wel as increased defense spending as part of his Soviet strategy.
