A biography is a reliable source.

A primary source is the original source. For example a diary or journal is a primary source. A secondary source is information that does not come from the original person. For example a biography is written by someone else, it is not primary so to speak like an autobiography. A speech in my opinion would be a primary source. If it is spoken by the person who wrote it, than it is original.

Movies, magazines, news and biographies are secondary sources.
