Pre-CAL help! Find the equation of a cosine curve that is obtained by shifting the graph of y=cos(x) - to the left 3 units and - upward 4 units and - vertically compressed by a factor of 3 and - vertically flipped

OpenStudy (ohmath123):

I have -cos(1/3x)+3 and the work im doing online says im wrong

OpenStudy (fortytherapper):

Yours reads - Vertically compressed by a scale factor of 3 - Vertically flipped - Shifted up 3 units

OpenStudy (ohmath123):
