OpenStudy (emily61499):

How do YOU get over writer's block? I'm trying to write a story but I can only think of a good beginning and end, not a good "in-between"

OpenStudy (jojokiw3):

Did you start on it yet?

OpenStudy (emily61499):

Yeah

OpenStudy (emily61499):

im also trying to introduce a third main character, but can't think of a way to

OpenStudy (southernbelle00):

For me, I personally don't put pressure on myself when I have writers block. I wait until I feel that passion again. For me, I don't ever want to feel like I'm forcing something out because the end product is never good. Instead I will focus on other things for a while and eventually it comes back. And if I have a deadline, say for a writing competition, I will just brainstorm 3 different scenarios for my story, choose 1 and make an outline for that version. Then I just go in and fill that out with "fluff" as I like to call it lol. I just like my writing to come more naturally and less like a school paper if I can.

OpenStudy (nintendo_fangirl):

I procrastinate and do something else and barely think about it so that I can give my brain some space to think :)
