It is safe. You can customize the color of the back round (so its not gray), also, there is different tolpics such as "movies" and even "off topic"

I had it before. That extension made my os lag sooooooo much so there was no other choice but delete that ext. I do not recommend it to anyone.

The extension made os faster for me...don't know what the difference in terms of connection between all the users is coming from.
