I'm not going to school to study History, just alittle thought question: Thomas Jefferson purchased the Louisiana Purchase. He wasn't suppose to, but broke the rules saying "It was the best for the country", and it doubled the USA I think. What if he followed the rules and didn't purchase it? How would the USA be today?
