I have to write a paper for school and I have to compare and contrast two songs. does anyone know any songs that I could compare and contrast? please help. ☺

Really to me whatever song.. The key to writing compare/contrast papers is deciding what to compare and contrast.

Your assignment asks you to compare two songs. So, first, make a list of different qualities songs might have. Here are a few to get you going:

Beat (fast? slow?)
Genre (pop, R&B, rock, rap, country?)
Emotion (is the song happy? sad? angry? hopeful?)
Topic (What is the song about? Meeting the right person? Breaking up? Getting back at someone? Having a party?)
Instruments (does it use electric instruments? samples? acoustic instruments?)
Who's singing (male, female, duet? young or old? What ethnicity is the performer?)
Who is the song about (Who do you think is the audience for the song? What kind of people would listen to it?)
When/where does the song come from (Is it a recent song, or one from a few years ago? Is it from the U.S. or from somewhere else?)
When would you listen to this song? (At a party? At home alone? On a date? In the car?)
What are the lyrics like? (Lots of words or just a few? Lots of slang terms or more formal language?)
Structure of the song (Does it speed up and slow down? Get louder or softer? Or does it stay the same all the way through?)

These are just some of the more obvious ways you could compare them. There are lots of others. Just for example, it might be interesting to compare an R&B song from 20 years ago with one today. What's different? What's the same?
