You have to get 50 medals for trusted helper

If you get 50 medals in Open Study Feedback you get the Trusted Helper title, if you get 50 medals in Language you get the Super Librarian title, if you get 50 medals in Math you get Human Calculator. Those are only a few, but the ones I have.
