Nnesha (nnesha):

The relation is function if the x values are not repeated

Nnesha (nnesha):

a*

Nnesha (nnesha):

if there is any duplicate x value then relation is not a function.

Atsie (atsie):

That's interesting. As a matter of fact that's a simpler way of putting it rather then how my book tries to teach me. You don't have to give the answer. XD But, can you explain to me real quick how to find x values? Like in what particular way do they represent themselves?

Nnesha (nnesha):

(x,y) this is an order pair where x-coordinates represent domain and y-coordinate represent range |dw:1462543289776:dw| first number in order pair is the x value
