Any ideas, like just forget the equation for a second and visualize the situation of what it'll look like and try to guess what the parabola in the physical picture looks like.

pretty sure its 5 seconds going up 5 seconds going down

so x=5 seconds which means 5 seconds to get to to the max height. then 5 seconds to get back to the ground

therefore 5+5=? to fall back to the ground.

it is 10 because 5 seconds is how long it takes to get to the max height. then to get to the ground it must take another 5 seconds.

by the picture i have inserted you will see that x=5 therefore C is your answer.
