I just did $7=9+28.6\sin{\frac{2\pi}{360}(t-80)}$

That got me radian values of $\approx -.77442$ and $\approx 3.91601$

7 = 9 +2.86 sin x
then
sin x = (7-9)/2.85 = -0.6993

look at sin x:
