Any Civil Engineers from UK? Currently confused if I should study Geotechnical Engineering or Structural Engineering MSc from Strathclyde university.

They are completely different disciplines (both civil).  Go with your heart, think of whether you can work as a structural engineering for much of the rest of your life, or is it Geotechnical that you have a passion for.  Try not to judge based on which one is easier to get in.
