People were asked if they were right or left handed. The group consisted of 30 women and 70 men. 27 of the women were right handed, 12 of the men were left handed. Draw a venn diagram

But you can't have someone that's part of al 4 groups

Yes, but this makes the most sense, considering the fact that you can have ambidextrous men and ambidextrous women. You don't necessarily need someone in the middle.
