Finding Req for an equation I can do the bottom half but I'm not sure how to treat the wire that has no resistance, does all the current go there and therefore bypass the others? (See photo in comment)

Top (3+4)||2||1 Bottom (1+2)||3||3 The top seems in series with bottom, but in fact the top is shorted out leaving just the bottom for Req.
