Eat a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as whole grains, every day. So, I would think that you shouldn't just eat one type of food. Vegetables are healthy and good for a diet, and meats gives you protein. So, I believe the answer is "A." It's always good to have a variety of foods to enjoy. :)
