You set up proportions for the sides. Which ever has a proportion that is equal, is the answer. So the first one would be \[\frac{ 6 }{ 14 }=\frac{ 8 }{ 16 }:\frac{ 3 }{ 7 }=\frac{ 1 }{ 2 }\] Which is not right... but do this for the rest of the choices.
