Write an equation of the line of best fit.

oregonduck (oregonduck):

y= -10x + 100

Can you tell me how you got the slope (-10)? I know how you got the y intercept but I was having trouble finding out how to find the slope. @OregonDuck

oregonduck (oregonduck):

ok, the line of best fit would be a line with if it had points on each intersection then it would be decreasing 10 points so you do -10 then with the x because it starts at 0 then with every about of classes missed then it decreases 10 the line of best fit and you do + 100 because adding a negative decreases the 100... Understand?

Yes :) Thank you!
