Given the functions f(x) = 6x + 11 and g(x) = x + 6, which of the following functions represents f[g(x)] correctly? (2 points) f[g(x)] = 6x + 47 f[g(x)] = 6x + 17 f[g(x)] = 6x2 + 47 f[g(x)] = 6x2 + 17

OpenStudy (candy13106):

6x+11(x+6) you multiply them

OpenStudy (kellygirl34):

6x + 47 because fgx means the x in f takes the value of the whole g...that is fgx=fx but instead of puttinf x you must put the whole gx there.
