OpenStudy (yumyum247):

i need major help with desmos... so i have two slightly different graphs and i wanna make one table of values for each to show the points on the graph... can someone help me with the second table of values??? both graphs have the same table of values

OpenStudy (yumyum247):

OpenStudy (yumyum247):

i wanna make an identical table of values under the second equation on desmos @ganeshie8

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

What's stopping you ?

OpenStudy (yumyum247):

every time i click on the second unction to make its table of values, itdoesn't show the points on my graph whereas it perfectly does on the first equation

OpenStudy (yumyum247):

oh hold on wrong picture

OpenStudy (yumyum247):

OpenStudy (yumyum247):

yes thats the one

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

Try zooming further into the region and click

OpenStudy (yumyum247):

uhh i want both graphs and both tables on the same grid...

OpenStudy (yumyum247):

i jus need help with the second table of values...:"(

hero (hero):

Yes, you can do that yourself. I was just showing you a way.

OpenStudy (yumyum247):

but i can't...

OpenStudy (yumyum247):

i don't know how to.. am trying but its not werkign for me...

OpenStudy (yumyum247):

like this....

hero (hero):

The y values you created for the second table does not correspond with the output values for the second equation.

OpenStudy (yumyum247):

yes they do... because its asked in the question and im literally plugging in the numbers

OpenStudy (yumyum247):

let me post the questoin real quick

OpenStudy (yumyum247):

hero (hero):

If that were the case there would be points where both graphs intersect one another.

OpenStudy (yumyum247):

the equations are in front of you, can you try and see if they do intersect wit one another?

OpenStudy (yumyum247):

its a translation question.... the graph only shifts 5 units to the right.. nothgin else

OpenStudy (yumyum247):

on the x-axis

OpenStudy (yumyum247):

and two units down..sowee i forgot the equation but yeah

OpenStudy (yumyum247):

ok thanks

OpenStudy (yumyum247):

OpenStudy (yumyum247):

is there an easier way to get this question done??@Hero

OpenStudy (yumyum247):

@Hero

OpenStudy (yumyum247):

can you teach me an easier way.. i promise i'll shut up and listen to your

OpenStudy (yumyum247):

you8

OpenStudy (yumyum247):

this is a much longer method i think
