Find the surface area in terms of pi

I tried that and it was not one of my options

AnnaLee: You may need to open yourself to experimentation with this math, instead of expecting an instant right answer from your helper. The formula provided you by Robert Tobey is correct for the entire surface area. Try finding the surface area of the vertical side alone (it's a rectangle if the cylinder is opened up). Compare your results with the given possible answer choices. If no agreement, try, try again.

Im not expecting help not an answer. That's what I paid for.

Would you please share your own work so that we can determine whether you're approaching it correctly? I don't understand your comment about "paid for...." unless you're looking to work with a Qualified Helper, this site is entirely free.

OpenStudy (annalee607):

I did pay for this with a qualified helper
