I was wondering if moving out of your parents house a couple of months before you turn 18 is considered running away or moving out

I don't think it would be running away but it's better to wait until the age of majority to legally move out.

It's not considered running away. I left when I was 17 and a half, got the cops called on me. They told my parents they couldn't do anything about it.
