A liquid is flowing into a vertical cylindrical tank of radius 6ft at the rate of 8ft^3/min. how fast is the surface rising?

hmm i would say we would need the formula for a cylinder
\[V = \pi*r^{2}*h \]
my guess is that the volume if the cylinder is changing with respect to h

r is a constant. but the level of the water is changing
i guess we might use chain rule here
