Think about what Governor Winthrop and President Reagan meant by the phrase “city upon a hill.” 2.Write a paragraph that could serve as an introduction to an argument. 3.In your paragraph, argue your position on whether America has or has not kept to the vision described by Winthrop and Reagan. 4.For evidence to support your claim, cite specific evidence from the sermon or Reagan’s speech, or both. 5.You should also offer evidence that supports your claim from current events or your own observations. Will medal and fan. I need this done. Help?

This is all I have to far; A City upon a Hill is a phrase from the parable of Salt and Light in Jesus's Sermon on the Mount. In Matthew 5:14, he tells his listeners, "You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden."
