Form for them:
Name (what you want the text to say):
Background (if you want a specific one attatch it or i can do gradient):
Pic for in text (again send one if you want specific):
Font type (send link to it in pm or tell em the name of it if you want specific):
Blurred or not (can have both):
When you want it by:
Perm to post it on DeviantArt:
