This is present progressive tense the action is continued in the time. to be + verb-ing.(gerund). In Spanish is Estar+ verb in gerund. Estar is to be verb. A. Están escribiendo Ellos/ ellas están escribiendo They are writing. B. Estamos escribiendo Nosotros/nosotras estamos escribiendo We are writing C. Estas escribiendo Tú estás escribiendo You are writing. This is your answer. D. Estoy escribiendo Yo estoy escribiendo I am writing.
