Honestly, I'm a little confused. On A it asks what is the energy wave used with the radar, and the picture depicted is like of those you see on Weather shows, so what we are measuring is rain. B. Reflectivity is measured with DBZ. If this doesn't help, maybe this will http://forecast.weather.gov/jetstream/doppler/baserefl.htm
