A bit of a misnomer. Arabs and Jews are both Semites. This is they are both Semitic peoples. But the word usually means hatred of Jews.

It is interesting that we only associate the term with Jews but not Arabs. Hmm... I hadn't thought about that. But yeah, if you see that term, it is almost certainly talking specifically about Jews.
