they had a special way of record keeping and communication in their land (that no one could decipher) I think they tied knots in ropes called like, Quapa or some weird word like that. so It should be B

ok so i have this Another construction feat by the Incas was an extensive system of roads that connected the empire. Using a relay system, runners brought messages between parts of the empire via these roads. Messages were encoded on knotted lengths of string called quipu. These roads helped Cuzco retain control of the empire, but they also helped the Spanish to quickly conquer the territory. so they must of had roads that was from the last lesson
