Angle 2 is a right angle, correct?

OpenStudy (mathmale):

For someone who doesn't work with geometry daily, this isn't an easy problem. I do get, from the instructions, that m<abc and m<2 are not complementary. Agree or disagree? Why? m<3 and m<4 are the same only if AD=DC. Go through all these statements, one by one, and write out your perceptions of why they're correct or not correct. In this manner you may be able to discover for yourself which of the five statemnts is correct.
