There are plenty of folks out there who offer to teach copywriting. Most of the free courses or ebook downloads are trying to sell you something or get you into a marketing group,
Depending on your goals, there are some good options, I always like to a least mention the online writing lab at Purdue. https://owl.english.purdue.edu/ It's got some solid recommendations and is a good reference.
There are other such sites. Most are geared towards a college audience.
If you are looking for a course that offers college credit, you can easily find those online.

If you really want to learn to write copy, then write. This is a skill that becomes easier to do the more you do it. Any course that gives you lots of writing assignments will be good. Or you can go to craigslist and find people looking for writers. A bunch of them look for content on the cheap. Even if you do the "volunteer" or crummy pay jobs, it gives you experience writing on a deadline. And if you aren't very good at first. you just might get some valuable feedback and they will get what they paid for.

Last bit of advice. Ogilvey is the king, the master, the one to aspire to. (Think Mad Men) his stuff is still the best. Read anything you can where he is writing or talking about writing. I have some favorites. But. you can find it if you really want too.
