That never happened with me. The only thing I could think of is that you're not 13+
Openstudy is only for people 13 and above.

go on your picture on the upper right of the screen. A pop up menù will appear. Click on SETTINGS. Then fill in your real name and other info and click on SAVE. I guess you have to update your info on settings.
