plz help I don't understand this question

OpenStudy (hyuna301):

u have 2 ways to do 1st is the conceptual and the 2nd one is to check from the given options

OpenStudy (hyuna301):

i will use the 2nd method .. if the circle passes through the pt. ( -4 , 1 ) then one of the equation in the given option will definately satisfies with it so just put x = -4 and y = 1 in the give eq. then check whether the outcome is 0 or not if it is zero then that eq. is the given circle's eq.

OpenStudy (hyuna301):

if u need conceptual explanation than i can also explain that one..

OpenStudy (hyuna301):

and the answer is A

OpenStudy (caseysorensen):

thank you
