I would consider the same Psalmists.

it focus on those who have a dream of being a dancer ,actress/actor or have a passion for playing music but they  are in foster care and those who don't have the necessary funds (in poverty , homeless ,ect) . 

what I'm trying to accomplish basically is to have a big show every year so that these types of people can participate in the arts and hopefully give the motivation to strive for their dreams , to know that there situation can change if they are willing to put in the work and they will also have decent amount of training and practice to decided if this is something they want to go to school for or want to peruse professionally
