whats the question
The probability of event A is 0.56, and the probability of event B is 0.34. If A and B are independent events, then P(A and B) = ____ my choices are: 0.1904 0.289 0.8096 0.90
Well you know that because A and B are both independent of each other, they have no influence on each other
So you have to simply multiply .56 by .34
\ohh, thank you!! i'm sorry if this question seemed silly, the tutorial i had on independent events hardly helped, but thank you!
