To find a perpendicular line, find the negative reciprocal of the given line.
is that -7/2?
That's the reciprocal. We need to find the negative reciprocal, which is 7/2 (notice that two negatives cancel each other out)
It's the Negative reciprocal of the slope of your original line
Right, so am all I doing basically is flipping it around and making them both positive??
