OpenStudy (anonymous):

ILovePuppiesLol (ilovepuppieslol):

it describes the noun, what is the noun in the sentence?

ILovePuppiesLol (ilovepuppieslol):

B is a prepositional phrase, A is the noun, and D is also part of the prepositional phrase, C is therefore correct

OpenStudy (isuckatschool43):

B

OpenStudy (sodalite):

I would also go with B, because it provides further info about the location. None of the others describe something ... and the function of adjectives is to describe.
