THIS IS AN ESSAY QUESTION 17. If the solubility of a gas is 7.5 g/L at 404 kPa pressure, what is the solubility of the gas when the pressure is 202 kPa? Show your work. (3 points)

OpenStudy (togundeji):

Okay! if anyone can at least TRY to help me, I will give a fan and a medal....

OpenStudy (logo):

According to henry's law the solubility of a gaz is proportional to its partial pressure. So as 202kPa is the half of 404kPa, the solubility is divided by 2 7.5/2=3.75 g/L
