OpenStudy (faiqraees):

I just checked out a video in which for the problem x^x^x^...... = 2 Following method was used x² = 2 x = √2 But is this solution possible if the number of times the exponent is raised to power x is defined?

OpenStudy (faiqraees):

I have to go right now so if you post please post a complete answer

ganeshie8 (ganeshie8):

The limiting value is 2 here. If you take the exponent only a fixed number of times, the value only gets closer to the 2

OpenStudy (princeharryyy):

X^3 =2 implies x is equal to cube root of 2, x^4=2 implies x is equal to fourth root of 2 and so on... So yes it does...
