My SS went down one. it used to be 83, but now it shows as 82. Why did that happen? Anyone have any ideas?

The users deleted. Many people had there SS changed. You will also see that your Engagement, Teamwork and Problem Solving also went either up or down.

Many of the accounts which did not verify their age, got deleted.

Some of those people may have fanned you, given you medals, etc...when their accounts are deleted so are the fans and medals that you received.

Yes many accounts were deleted.  But your SS shouldn't be that different.  As Hartn said wisely, earn them back!
