Help!!!

OpenStudy (tylermckinney16):

Create an illustrated proposal outlining the why's and how's regarding the possibility of congressional term limits. Part 1 of your proposal should be your introduction that explains why term limits should be imposed. Part 2 will be a summary of the history of the attempts to establish term limits. You will focus on the U.S. Term Limits, Inc. v. Thornton (1995) case. Include the background of the case, the legal arguments of each side and the Supreme Court's ruling. Part 3 will be your proposition in light of the 1995 ruling. Propose the next steps that can legitimately be taken to make congressional term limits a reality. Use illustrated graphs, diagrams, images etc. throughout to liven up your proposal.
