how do you medal, fan ect. spam Yourself?
i dont quite understand that. cuz only others could do that, right? i would like to avoid it.

that is what level the question is, middle school, high school, college, etc, basically creating other accounts and then giving yourself medals on those accounts, altho strictly against the rules, it'll get you banned on both accounts

we will be able to see which accounts are on the same IP address as yours, also it is insanely obvious to see a medal spammer, just go to their medal history
