rows with columns

that is take the row in matrix one and do the dot product with column 1 of matrix 2
next take the row in matrix one and do the dot product with column 2 of matrix 2
you have two more products to find since there are 2 more columns in the 2nd matrix

look at the columns of matrix two as vectors
