hi to everybody ! can somebody help me getting back my smartscore and my champion title just bc. the smrtscore with these us.dollars cents dont interest for me - but from this newyear i proposed till end of this year will get the honorary professor of mathematics title but with this way that my profile was made to zero and i need begin rebuilding it from zero so i think that i will go away and check new website like stackchange or other but i like help peopels same how have made it in these past 3-4 years till when i have got this my deleted title of champion and this smartscore of more than 2

they are most likely busy, you should keep this post up, just keep helping people, the engineer team will be able to fully restore your account, as if nothing had happened, just stay patient, it might take a while but it'll be back, just continue helping and don't panic. If you sent them a message you should be fine @jhonyy9

so and what is more interesting that when i have got the first attentionaly email from OS team that is need filed there mybirth date details so i have made it and i have told this with @Directrix too what i need to do again for my profile being secure not deleted - and when i have got my second email from OS team that after 30 days my profile will be deleted so @TheSmartOne have said me dont worry your profile not will be deleted never - so than why was this made necessary ????

I don't know about this sadly, I think your account was deleted unintentionally, if you did fill out the bday u should have been fine, @ganeshie8 and @directrix might just be busy

@ILovePuppiesLol thank you for your all words i m courios when and how will can getting back these all so than your words will be truely realized same how you have wrote me - but dont m"interst bc. i was here on OS mathematics bc. i like realx solving math exercisese and help so peoples and i will come back here every night - so night bc. when i made this all here in central Europe ,in Hungary is in the night 1 or 2 or 3 oclock

so my guess is that if you don't update your birthday and if you are under 13 your account gets either deleted and or SS dropped.
