Government should just do things that are useful, or supportive acts, for the general population. It should follow the principles of John Locke, such as take after the standards of John Locke, for example, what he has written in his acclaimed panthlet, Common Sense and the Natural Law.These thoughts bolstered the way that America should gain Independence of Great Britain.The role of government in natural law is to ensure common rights and ethics of man. For example, owning property.

The misuse of Lord George III and the English were fresh on the minds of Americans, and they were hesitant to give an excessive amount of energy to the national government out of fear that it may infringe upon their rights in the similar design.The second one is a great problem because the national government did not have the ability to expense, which left the country dependent upon the states sending income to the government. America was rapidly lost monetary soundness under this arrangement, and the offer of area was the main reason their could make a decent living.The third one is also a struggle because the states were not able subdue the resistance, however the national government didn't have the power to mediate bringing about an unsuitable time of rebellion. gave too much powers to the individual states and did not enumerate enough powers to the federal government. national government did not have the power to tax which left the nation dependent upon the states sending revenue to the federal government. ability of the Articles to make laws but the inability of the national government to enforce them.
