Quick Geometry questions! I'll fan and medal!
What are the questions :)
@MariaSophiaRT here's the first one: Indicate the method you would use to prove the two triangles congruent. If no method applies, enter "none". SSS SAS ASA AAS None
Indicate the method you would use to prove the two triangles congruent. If no method applies, enter "none". HL LA LL HA None
@smd_kma ???
@Natasha18 I would use AAS again for the next set of triangles A: the two right angles are equal to 90 degrees, so they are congruent to each other A: the two 45 degree angles are equal to each other S: the two hypotenuses are equal
btw I'm not sure if HA refers to hypotenuse angle or hypotenuse altitude
@jim_thompson5910 I think its angle... so it'd be HA right?
if HA is hypotenuse angle, then yes H: the two hypotenuses are equal A: the 45 degree angles are equal HA = hypotenuse angle only works for right triangles
@jim_thompson5910 ok thanks!
Oh and I just wanna check this This one would be SSS right?
and this one would be AAS..??
AAS would correct since vertical angles are congruent ^^
Right?
Well actually it would be formatted as ASA since we have the angle first and the we determine the side and then we determine the vertical angles...

@563blackghost ok thanks! do you know about the first one?
The kite-looking one I wouldn't think it is SSS we are only aware two sides that are in fact congruent....Since we know that these two sides are congruent to each other that would only mean that the angle in between are also congruent so I would believe that it would found by the SAS Postulate...
@jim_thompson5910 @563blackghost okay yeah I see get what both of you are saying
THANK YOU SO MUCH you guys explain things waaay better than my textbook XD
np :)
