Which has a mismatch between subject and modifier? Shortly after entering the museum, Kim noticed the mummy. Shortly after Kim entered the museum, the mummy caught her attention. Shortly after entering the museum, the mummy caught Kim's attention.

ILovePuppiesLol (ilovepuppieslol):

I thought we already did this

OpenStudy (justin9529):

@Ms-Brains Would you mind shedding some light on this for me.

ILovePuppiesLol (ilovepuppieslol):

rebeccaxhawaii (rebeccaxhawaii):

OpenStudy (justin9529):

i cant miss these points idk if i can trust what you say @ILovePuppiesLol thats why im on here

rebeccaxhawaii (rebeccaxhawaii):

ILovePuppiesLol (ilovepuppieslol):

.-.

ILovePuppiesLol (ilovepuppieslol):

im smarter than I may seem

OpenStudy (aveline):

Ok. In "shortly after entering the museum, the mummy caught Kim's attention", the subject is unclear. It is unclear whether the mummy or Kim entered the museum (although it can be implied that Kim entered the museum). In the other two sentences, it is known that Kim entered the museum since her actions are directly being modified. So I am in agreement with @ILovePuppiesLol

OpenStudy (justin9529):

Which has a mismatch between subject and modifier? Looking through the boat's glass bottom, we saw brightly colored fish and even a small shark swim past us. ILovePuppiesLol (ilovepuppieslol):

basically which option is the one where we can tell who is looking through the boat's glass bottom and in which ones does it seem like we do not know for sure

ILovePuppiesLol (ilovepuppieslol):

OpenStudy (justin9529):
