Does anyone have a recommendation for a list courses to take on Genetics?

MIT OCW has a few excellent archived courses. If you would like an introduction to genetics/molecular biology - I can direct your attention in particular to one of the Units of their Introductory Biology Scholar course. I believe the course number is 7.01. They have posted videos of the lectures they give to their own introductory biology students on it. Best of luck.
