What are the coordinates of H reflected across the y-axis?http://www.intervisualtechnology.us/data/1/9019/apply_9_2.png

OpenStudy (homework_help):

The image coordinates of H are at (4,-3). If we were to reflect point H across the Y axis the coordinates would change to (-4, -3), the only things that changed are the coordinates, we simply switched them to the other side and did the exact opposite. Here is also a nice formula for future problems, P(x,y) --> P(-x,y). The only thing that should be changing in this situation is the X coordinate.

okay thanks
