Once upon a time, someone mass tagged so many people that openstudy broke for a week.
Once upon a time, someone mass tagged to the point that they glitched themselves to 100SS.

- Many people get annoyed by the notifications.
- So many people on one post causes lag
- so many people getting so many notifications = spam, and we don't allow spam
   aka: mass tagging = spam
